Limited Edition Fine Art Archival Giclée Prints

Each Image listed below is hand-signed and individually numbered, printed on the highest quality paper and using fine art archival inks. Scroll down to view the entire collection. Prints are numbered in the order they are sold (sorry, no numbering requests).

Purchasing Prints: Adding an item to the cart sends you to PayPal for payment of purchase price, plus shipping and sales tax. If purchasing multiple items, shipping costs will be consolidated and you will receive a refund of any excess shipping payment.

Ordering Canvas Prints: Giclée archival prints on gallery-quality canvas are also available. I am happy to produce these in any size that is consistent with the height and width ratio of the original, up to and including the original size. These can be purchased as a rolled canvas, ready to be stretched by your framer, or they can be pre-stretched on either standard 3/4 inch frames or on gallery wrapped 1.5 inch frames. What is a Giclée Print and Why Should I Want One?

I offer Fine Art Giclée Prints on both museum-quality, aging-resistant paper and on Fine Art Canvas. Prints are only available after the original has sold.

Each Giclée print begins with an extremely high density image of the painting. High Desert Arts in Santa Fe—which often does work for area museums and galleries—scans the original painting on a huge flat-bed scanner before I deliver it to its new owner. The result is a very large digital file that captures every tiny detail of the painting.

I upload this digital image to a fine art printer, who reproduces the painting on either high-quality canvas or fine art paper, using archival inks. These processes produce prints that I, myself, can hardly distinguish from the original in color and intensity. Only close examination can reveal that there are no tell-tale brush marks emerging from the canvas’ surface as in an original painting.

Every print I offer is numbered as one of a limited edition—this guarantees that the value will not be diluted by overproduction and that your print will retain its worth.

Prints on paper are signed and numbered at the bottom, as is customary.

Prints on canvas are signed in oil paint near the original signature, and come with a certificate of authenticity, including information about the painting and specifying the number and edition size.
